Supplement Packaging and Labeling – Primary, Secondary and Compliance-Ready

Noviatic is a European contract manufacturer of finished food supplements – based in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania, serving supplement brands, pharmacy chains and distributors across 40+ countries. Packaging is not a separate service we bolt on at the end. It runs inside the same facility as production, on the same timeline, coordinated by the same project manager who handles your product from brief to finished box.

WHAT WE HANDLE

From filling to shelf-ready – in-house

We handle both primary and secondary packaging on equipment we own and operate. No external co-packers. No handoff between your manufacturer and a separate packaging supplier.

Primary packaging – the direct contact layer: bottles, jars, blisters, droppers, pipettes, sprays, stick packs and caps. Filling, sealing and tamper-evident closures on dedicated lines.

Secondary packaging – the outer presentation layer: cartons, labels, leaflets and shrink wrap. Print coordination, assembly and final inspection included.

For contract manufacturing clients, you supply finished packaging artwork and print-ready files – our team manages production and assembly from there. For private label clients, packaging options are confirmed during the quote.

LABELING FOR YOUR MARKETS

Compliant labels for every market you sell in

A label that meets requirements in one EU country may need changes for another. Mandatory language, nutrition declaration format, health claim restrictions, recycling symbols and registration numbers all vary by market.

Our team supports the process by supplying the product documentation, specifications and manufacturing information your label preparation and regulatory review will need.

Packaging artwork is often the longest variable in the production timeline. Having print-ready files confirmed early is the single most effective way to keep your launch on track.

Common questions

What brands ask us about packaging and labeling?

Do you handle packaging in-house or use external suppliers?

Primary and secondary packaging runs inside our own facility. For certain print materials we work with trusted partners – our packaging team coordinates the full process to make sure everything arrives on time and to specification.

Yes – you supply finished artwork and print-ready files, and we handle production from there.

Yes. Multi-language labeling and country-specific compliance requirements are a standard part of what we support for brands distributing across Europe. Requirements per market are reviewed before print.

Packaging MOQ is tied to the production MOQ for your format and confirmed during the quote. Custom packaging with short print runs can influence the overall minimum – your project manager advises when reviewing your brief.

Packaging runs on the same timeline as production, managed by your project manager. Artwork approval and print lead times are typically the longest variable – the earlier your files are ready, the less likely packaging is to delay your launch date.
