You have done the formulation work. Now you need a certified European manufacturer who can produce it at scale – reliably, repeatedly and fully documented. Your specification runs on our equipment, through our QC lab and ships under your label to 40+ countries.
We don’t extract raw ingredients – we manufacture finished supplements for other brands, from formulation to finished product, under one roof.
Contract manufacturing at Noviatic is for brands that arrive with a finished specification and need a manufacturing partner who can execute it without surprises.
That might mean you have outgrown your current supplier, are expanding into European markets and need EU GMP and ISO 13485 compliance, or want to consolidate multiple formats under one roof. If you are still developing your formula, our Formulation R&D and Product Development services are the better starting point – come back here when you have a specification ready to scale.
Whatever delivery form your product requires, we manufacture it on dedicated, owned equipment.
Format | What we produce |
Tablets | Coated/uncoated, multilayer and chewable on dedicated production lines |
Capsules | Hard gelatin, vegan HPMC and softgel capsules matched to your formula and market |
Liquids | Shots, omega-3 oils, vitamin drops, pipettes, syrups, sprays, suspensions and emulsions on microbial-controlled lines |
Powders | Jars and stick packs with custom flavouring and blending |
Sprays & drops | Sublingual, oral and throat sprays; oil-based and water-based drops in pipette formats |
Shots | Single-dose functional shots in 10 ml, 25 ml and 60 ml formats |
One contract. One project manager. Every format your portfolio requires.
Formula review
We review your specification for production feasibility, regulatory compliance in your target markets and ingredient sourcing. If anything will create a problem on the line or at customs, we flag it before production begins.
Ingredient sourcing and incoming QC
We source from our qualified supplier network, or accept client-supplied actives. Every incoming material is subject to our established quality control procedures before it’s approved for use in production. No material is released until the required checks are complete.
Production
Your formula runs on the dedicated line for your format, following a validated, documented process. In-process monitoring runs throughout – any deviation is recorded and investigated before the run continues.
Documentation and delivery
Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis signed by our QC team, a full Batch Production Record and compliance documentation for your destination markets. Retention samples are held for a minimum of 12 months.
Your formula belongs to you.
Ownership is documented clearly before production begins. If you choose to move production elsewhere, the specification is yours to take – we do not retain rights to client-supplied formulas and we do not resell or reuse them.

A finished formula specification, your target format, indicative volume and the markets you are selling into. If your specification needs regulatory review for a specific destination market, we flag that at the feasibility stage.
Yes. You can supply your own actives or we source from our qualified supplier network. Either way, every incoming material goes through our QC lab before it reaches a production line.
It is not released. We investigate the root cause, document findings and take corrective action before the next run.
Contract manufacturing means you bring the formula and we produce it. Private label means we already have a tested formula that you brand as your own. Many brands use both – private label to test demand, contract manufacturing for their flagship.
Yes. Regulatory changes, ingredient upgrades, format extensions – the same project manager and R&D team who ran your original production handle the update.
