What spray format actually delivers – and where it matters
A spray delivers a metered micro-droplet dose with each actuation – precise, measurable and fast to take. That makes it a strong fit for actives where rapid absorption is part of the claim, such as sublingual B12 or melatonin, and for consumers who want a format that doesn’t require water or swallowing.
The limits show up at the other end of the dose range. Higher-dose formulas and strong-tasting actives are harder to deliver well in a spray than in a drop or shot – worth knowing before you commit to development, which is why our R&D team flags it at the brief stage.

What is the minimum order quantity for sprays?
MOQ varies by formula complexity and is confirmed during the quote, typically from around 5,000 units. Pilot batches are available for new formulations.
How long does a spray production run take?
Approximately 10–12 weeks from purchase order for an existing formulation. Custom formulation adds development time – confirmed per project once we review your brief.
What testing applies to spray formulas?
The same full testing stack as our other liquid formats: heavy metals, microbial count, potency, identity and allergens. Not every test applies to every product; what’s required is agreed with you upfront and confirmed in the specification.
