Quality supplement manufacturing is not a department or a certificate on the wall. It is everything that happens at every stage of production – how ingredients are checked before they enter the facility, how production is monitored while it runs and how finished product is tested before it leaves.
Every ingredient we use goes through supplier qualification before it reaches a production line. We source from a vetted supplier network – assessed against defined criteria for quality, purity and traceability – and every incoming delivery is tested by our in-house QC lab before it is accepted into stock.
If you supply your own actives, the same process applies. Your materials go through the same incoming inspection as ours, because once they are in your product, their quality is your quality.
This matters more than it might seem. One of the most common and least visible failures in supplement manufacturing is ingredient substitution – where a cheaper form of a raw material is used without the brand’s knowledge, and nobody finds out until a potency test fails or a customer notices. We test every incoming batch to confirm what is in it matches what was ordered.
Every batch we produce has a full Batch Production Record – a documented log of every stage of production, covering the raw materials and their lot numbers, the equipment used, in-process checks and the teams involved. This is an EU GMP requirement, but more practically it means that if something goes wrong at any point, you can find out exactly where, when and why.
In-process monitoring runs throughout production, not just at the end. Problems are caught while there is still time to act on them – not after the full run has been completed and packed.
The testing programme for each batch is defined by the product type, the formulation and the regulatory requirements of your target market. Depending on the product, this can include heavy metals, microbial count, potency, identity, allergen screening and – for omega-3 and oil-based products – oxidation testing. Not every test applies to every product; what’s required is agreed with you upfront and confirmed in the specification.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis signed by our QC team. Retention samples are kept for a minimum of 12 months, so any question that arises after delivery can be investigated against the original material.
Traceability runs the full length of the supply chain – from the finished, packaged product back to the raw material lot number and its country of origin. There are no gaps in that chain.
In practice this means two things for the brands we work with. If a raw material issue comes up anywhere in the supply chain – a supplier recall, a contamination event, a specification change – we can identify exactly which batches are affected and move quickly. And when a retailer or regulator asks for traceability documentation, you already have it.
A supplement that meets its specification at the point of manufacture needs to hold that specification for the full stated shelf life. Our stability programme covers both real-time and accelerated testing – samples stored under controlled conditions and tested at defined intervals to confirm that potency, appearance and physical characteristics stay within specification throughout.
This is particularly important for brands selling through long distribution chains, where the time between manufacture and the product reaching a consumer can be significant. We build stability testing into the development process so that the shelf life on your label is one we can stand behind. Products we manufacture typically carry a 24-month shelf life from date of production, confirmed through our stability programme.

Non-GMO and organic certifications may be available on request. Full documentation available for review before you commit to anything.
None of our certifications are self-declared. Every one is issued and maintained through independent third-party audits – organisations that inspect our facility, review our processes and confirm that we meet the standard. For brands looking for high quality supplement manufacturers with verified, documented quality systems, this is the foundation.
Share your format, indicative volume and target markets and we will come back to you within a few business days to confirm receipt and let you know what we need to prepare a full response. Pricing, capability details and a fit assessment follow as soon as we have reviewed your brief.
Testing is tailored to the product and the agreed specification – typically covering microbial count, potency, identity and heavy metals, with oxidation testing added for omega-3 and oil-based products. Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis and retention samples are kept for 12+ months.
From the finished product all the way back to the raw material lot number and country of origin. There are no gaps. If a question comes up about any ingredient in any batch, we can trace it completely.
The CoA documents the test results for that specific production run against the agreed specification. It is signed by our QC team and issued per batch. Retention samples are held for a minimum of 12 months in case anything needs to be investigated after delivery.
Yes. Client-supplied actives go through the same incoming inspection and QC testing as materials we source ourselves – confirming identity and specification compliance before anything reaches a production line.
A batch that does not meet specification is not released. We investigate the root cause, document the findings and take corrective action before the next run. How this process works is agreed and written into your quality agreement before production starts – so there are no surprises if something goes wrong.
