Noviatic is a European contract manufacturer of finished food supplements, based in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania. We produce finished supplements across vitamins, collagen, omega-3, fiber and more – for supplement brands, pharmacy chains and distributors across 40+ countries, inside our own GMP-certified facility.

Vitamins

The highest-volume category in European supplement retail. We manufacture across the full vitamin range – single-actives, B-complex, D3+K2 combinations and complete multivitamin formulas – in tablets, capsules, drops, sprays, pipettes,  liquids and powders.

Collagen & Proteins

Marine, bovine and chicken collagen peptides across powder, capsule and liquid shot formats. The source, the molecular weight and the serving size all affect which formula works – covered in detail on each ingredient page.

Fiber

Psyllium husk in powder and capsule formats for digestive and cholesterol support positioning, anchoring a broader range of functional powder concepts we produce – including Daily Fiber Boost, Immunity Power, Green Detox, Hunger Control, Creatine and electrolyte/magnesium blends, combining psyllium, inulin and other fiber sources with vitamins, minerals or botanical extracts depending on the concept. One of the few supplement ingredients with a well-documented mechanism and a clear regulatory framework in Europe.

We use a carefully selected, finely milled psyllium husk grade with a uniform, loose texture and excellent flow properties. Unlike the coarser, flakier husk commonly used in the market, ours offers high purity, consistent particle size and reliable processing characteristics – well suited to both encapsulation and powder-based formulations.

HOW WE SOURCE INGREDIENTS

What goes into our facility goes through our lab first

Every incoming delivery – regardless of how long we’ve worked with that supplier – goes through incoming inspection and QC testing before it’s accepted into stock, checked against current EU regulatory requirements. Testing is carried out in-house or through accredited external labs, depending on the parameter.

If you have no preference on sourcing, we work from our qualified supplier network.

Common questions

What brands ask us about working by ingredient?

My ingredient isn't listed. Does that mean you don't manufacture with it?

Not necessarily. The pages here cover the ingredients we work with most frequently. We manufacture across a much wider range – vitamins, minerals, botanicals, amino acids, probiotics, functional mushrooms and more. Share your brief and we’ll confirm whether the ingredient fits and what forms are available.

Yes. Grade, form, origin and purity specification are confirmed during the formulation brief. If you have a preferred supplier or a specific raw material specification, we work around that. If you have no preference, our R&D team recommends the most appropriate grade for your formula and target market.

Yes. Organic sourcing is available through our EcoAgros-certified process. Non-GMO options are available on request. Both are confirmed at the quote stage.

Whether this is possible depends on the project stage. Changes are usually straightforward during early development. Once the formula is approved, materials are ordered or production preparations are underway, a change may require additional development work, new raw materials, testing, updated documentation or a new pilot batch.

This can add cost and extend the timeline. Any requested change is reviewed and confirmed with your project manager before it is implemented.

Yes, provided they meet our required quality standards and come with the necessary technical and quality documentation.
