Noviatic is a European contract manufacturer of finished food supplements, based in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania. When liquid is the right choice for your product?
Liquid earns its place when one of a few things is true: bioavailability is the priority, the consumer struggles to swallow a tablet or capsule, the product depends on a specific sensory experience, or the active dose needed is simply too large to fit into a tablet or capsule.Â

A functional shot, a flavoured syrup, a sublingual spray – each exists because liquid delivers something a solid format can’t. Children and elderly users are the clearest case for swallowability. And for actives where absorption is the whole pitch, liquid is usually where that pitch gets proven.Â

For omega-3 in particular, liquid production requires specialised equipment and strict oxidation controls that most manufacturers cannot match.Â
Testing that reflects the specific demands of liquid production
Liquid supplements carry different quality risks than solid dosage forms – microbial contamination, oxidation and stability under temperature variation are the categories that matter most. Our testing stack reflects that.

Every liquid batch is tested for heavy metals, microbial count, potency and identity. Omega-3 and oil-based products are additionally tested for oxidation – peroxide value and anisidine value – held to a strict TOTOX ceiling. Nothing ships without a passing result. Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis signed by our QC team. Retention samples held for a minimum of 12 months.

What is your TOTOX standard for omega-3 products?
We hold a strict TOTOX ceiling – calculated as the sum of peroxide value multiplied by two, plus anisidine value. This captures both primary and secondary oxidation and applies across all omega-3 and oil-based liquid production.
Can liquid formulas include Miosolâ„¢ liposomal technology?
Yes. Liquid is the primary format where Miosol™ is applied. It is most commonly used for ferrum, glutathione, CoQ10, curcumin, vitamin D3, K2 and B12 – nutrients where bioavailability in standard formats is a known limitation. Suitability is confirmed during the formulation stage.
Do you produce private label liquid supplements?
Yes. Our private label library includes tested, ready-to-sell liquid formulas across the main categories – omega-3, vitamins, functional shots, immunity, beauty shots and children’s health. Most can be adjusted on dose, flavour or carrier to fit your brand.Â
What is the minimum order quantity for liquid formats?
MOQ varies by format and is confirmed during the quote. Pilot batches are available for new formulations – availability and conditions confirmed during the quote process.
How do you control microbial risk in liquid production?
Every liquid format runs on dedicated, microbial-controlled production lines with separation between different liquid categories. Microbial count – total aerobic count, yeast and mould and pathogen screening – is tested on every batch before release.
What shelf life do liquid supplements typically carry?
Products we manufacture typically carry a 24-month shelf life from date of production, confirmed through our stability program covering both real-time and accelerated testing.
