Omega-3 – liquid form
High-concentration EPA and DHA in liquids and softgel. One of the most oxidation-sensitive categories in food supplements – and one of the least forgiving to get wrong. We run dedicated liquid lines under an inert atmosphere, with TOTOX testing, across fish oil, cod liver oil and vegan algal oil sources.
Liposomal – Miosol™
A patented liposomal delivery system developed entirely in-house. Encapsulates active ingredients in phospholipid carriers, improving bioavailability by up to 6x compared with a standard supplement. Applied to nine specific actives where encapsulation earns its cost – not as a general liposomal catalogue. Not available through any other manufacturer.
Vitamin Shots
Single-serve liquid vitamins in 10 ml, 25 ml and 60 ml formats. More production failure points than any solid dosage form – microbial risk, active degradation in solution, fill accuracy, flavour stability across 24 months. Dedicated microbial-controlled lines.
Powders
Protein, collagen, greens, fibre, electrolyte and functional wellness blends. The only format where the consumer interacts with the product every use – which means taste, mixability and texture are as much a manufacturing outcome as potency. Blending, flavour development and packaging all in-house.

Why are these four called specialties?
Each one has a specific technical challenge that standard production capability doesn’t address – oxidation control in omega-3, encapsulation efficiency in liposomal, microbial and stability management in liquid shots, and homogenisation and flavour development in powders. They’re where the gap between manufacturers is most visible in the finished product.
Which specialty suits my product?
Omega-3 if oxidation control and EPA/DHA concentration are the priority. Liposomal if bioavailability is the core product claim. Vitamin/functional shots if you’re building in premium liquid nutrient delivery. Powders if dose volume or consumer experience drives the format choice. Can I combine a specialty with a standard format in the same range?
Yes. Most brands do. A collagen powder and a capsule SKU from the same active blend paired with a standard tablet range – each format runs its own formulation and lead time, through the same project manager and quality system.
Is Miosol™ available for any active I choose?
No. We apply it to specific actives where encapsulation makes a measurable difference – and we’ll say so directly if your active isn’t on that list. Feasibility is confirmed during the brief stage.
Do these specialties carry the same certifications as your standard formats?
Yes. EU GMP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, GDP, HACCP and IFS apply across every format and category we produce. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis regardless of specialty.
Can I private label a specialty formula without developing from scratch?
Yes, for all four. We hold tested, ready-to-sell formulas across omega-3, liposomal, liquids shots and powders. Most can be adjusted on dose, flavour or active levels before production runs.
