We formulate and manufacture oral drops – vitamin, mineral, herbal and children’s formulas – for supplement brands, pharmacy chains and distributors across 40+ countries, on dedicated liquid production lines inside our own EU GMP-certified facility.
Vitamin D drops – D3 alone or combined with K2, one of our highest-volume drop formats. Suited to year-round supplementation positioning and to consumers who prefer adjustable, drop-by-drop dosing over a fixed capsule strength.
Iron drops – formulated for children, prenatal use and general deficiency-support positioning. Liquid iron is easier to dose precisely at lower strengths than a tablet, which matters for paediatric and prenatal ranges where dosing accuracy is closely watched.
Omega-3 drops – for consumers who prefer liquid dosing over softgels, particularly in children’s and prenatal ranges where swallowing a capsule isn’t practical. Produced with the same oxidation controls as our other omega-3 formats.
Herbal and botanical drops – concentrated botanical extracts such as echinacea, elderberry and ashwagandha, delivered in oil-based or water-based carriers depending on the active. Suited to brands building a tincture-adjacent product without the alcohol base.
Multivitamin and mineral drops – combination formulas covering several actives in a single dose, for brands that want a daily multivitamin format that isn’t a tablet or gummy.
Children’s drops – age-appropriate dosing for vitamin, iron and immunity formulas, designed to be added to food or liquid rather than taken directly. Flavour and dosing are developed specifically for this audience, not scaled down from an adult formula.
If your formula sits outside these categories, share your brief and our R&D team will confirm fit.
Drops are produced in oil-based and water-based formats, with pipette dosing for precise, measurable dosing drop by drop. Choosing wrong here can cost you on both stability and absorption – which is exactly what the table below sorts out.
Oil-based drops | Water-based drops | |
Best suited for | Fat-soluble actives | Water-soluble actives |
Typical actives | Vitamin D, K2, omega-3 | Certain herbal extracts, mineral formulas |
Why it works | Carrier oil supports absorption of fat-soluble nutrients | Avoids an oil base where it isn’t appropriate for the formula |
Consumer fit | Standard choice for fat-soluble vitamin and omega-3 drops | Suits consumers who prefer a non-oil format, or actives that don’t require an oil carrier |
That decision gets made once, early – during the formulation brief – and it shapes everything that follows.

Yes. Our private label library includes tested drop formulas, particularly vitamin D and children’s formats. Most can be adjusted – concentration, flavour, carrier – to fit your brand.
It depends on the active ingredient. Fat-soluble actives like vitamin D, K2 and omega-3 generally use an oil base; water-soluble actives and certain herbal extracts use a water base.
MOQ varies by formula complexity and is confirmed during the quote, typically from around 5000/10,000 units. Pilot batches are available for new formulations.
Approximately 10–12 weeks from purchase order for an existing formulation. Custom formulation adds development time – confirmed per project once we review your brief.
The same full testing stack as our other liquid formats: heavy metals, microbial count, potency, identity and allergens. Not every test applies to every product; what’s required is agreed with you upfront and confirmed in the specification. Oil-based and omega-3 drops are additionally tested for oxidation.
