Product development
If you are starting with an idea rather than a recipe, this is your path. Our in-house R&D team and project managers work with you from concept through formulation, sourcing, packaging and scale-up. You bring the brief – we build the product. Technical feedback, ingredient recommendations and regulatory input are included throughout the process.
Contract manufacturing
You have a formula. We produce it. Contract manufacturing is the straight path for brands that already have a specification and need a certified EU manufacturer to scale it. Your recipe runs on our equipment, through our QC and out the door under your label – fully tested and fully documented.
Private label
If you want to get to market fast without spending months on formulation, private label is the answer. We have a library of tested, ready-to-sell formulas you can brand as your own. Most can be adjusted to meet your specific requirements – flavour, format, ingredient levels – so you still get a product that feels like yours.
Formulation R&D
Need something that does not exist yet? Our in-house R&D team develops more than 300 new formulas a year – including proprietary liposomal formulations using our patented Miosol™ technology. We can take a brief from concept to pilot batch, and from pilot batch to full production. Custom formulas developed here stay yours.
Packaging and labelling
Primary and secondary packaging handled in-house: bottles, jars, blisters, stick, labels and leaflets. Our packaging team coordinates print, filling and assembly to keep everything moving on schedule. For contract manufacturing clients, finished packaging artwork and print-ready files are supplied by the brand – our team manages production from there.

Our patented liposomal delivery system improves absorption by up to 6x. Active ingredients are encapsulated in phospholipid carriers that protect them from stomach acid and deliver them where the body absorbs them. Available exclusively to brands we manufacture for.

Which service is right for our project?
It depends on what you already have. If you have a finished formula, contract manufacturing is the fastest path. If you want to launch quickly without development investment, private label is the answer. If you are building something new from scratch, product development with formulation R&D is where to start. On the first call, your project manager reviews what you have and recommends the right path.
What is the difference between contract manufacturing and private label?
Contract manufacturing means you bring the formula and we produce it. Private label means we already have a tested formula and you brand it as your own – with adjustments if needed. Contract manufacturing suits brands with existing R&D or a current supplier. Private label suits brands that want speed to shelf without the formulation work. Many brands use both – private label to test demand and contract manufacturing for their flagship.
How are MOQ and pricing determined?
MOQ and pricing depend on format, volume and formulation complexity. Complex formulas affect pricing more than volume does. Exact MOQ and pricing are confirmed during the quote, once we understand your project.
How long from brief to first shipment?
Private label is fastest – typically around 10 weeks for an existing formula with your branding. Contract manufacturing with an existing formula runs 10–12 weeks from purchase order to delivery. Custom R&D adds time for formulation development and a pilot batch. Your project manager confirms exact timelines during the quote.
Can we combine services across projects?
Yes – most brands do. A common path is to start with private label to test demand, then move to contract manufacturing for the flagship and use formulation R&D for a novel product. Every service runs through the same facility, the same formulators and the same project manager.
Will we work with one consistent contact?
Yes. Each brand gets a named project manager who stays with the account from the first brief through every reorder. The person answering your email is the person coordinating your product through every stage – formulation, production, QC and logistics.
What testing does each batch go through?
Every production run is tested against the agreed specification, matched to the product and its formulation. Depending on the product, this can include heavy metals, microbial count, potency, identity, allergens and – where applicable – oxidation testing (e.g. TOTOX for omega-3 products). Each batch ships with a signed Certificate of Analysis, and retention samples are kept for 12+ months so any question that arises after delivery can be checked against the original material.
Do you handle packaging and labelling in-house?
Yes. Primary and secondary packaging – bottles, jars, blisters, sachets, labels and leaflets – are handled in-house. For contract manufacturing clients, packaging artwork is provided by the brand and we manage production and assembly from there.
