Our facilities

Our manufacturing facilities in Lithuania cover 13,000 m² of GMP, GDP, ISO and IFS-certified production space. Every format – tablets, capsules, liquids, powders, shots, sprays and drops – runs on dedicated, owned equipment operated by our own teams. We do not subcontract production, so there are no hidden partners in the chain and no gaps between the people who develop your formula and the people who manufacture it.

Over 20 million units leave our facility every year. Our in-house R&D team develops more than 300 new formulations annually. And the facility has been running without interruption since 1919 – which means when something unexpected comes up, we have almost certainly dealt with it before.

What does Noviatic actually do? 

We are a contract manufacturer of finished food supplements also providing private label solutions. We develop formulas, source and test ingredients, run production, handle packaging and prepare shipment of products to your warehouse or retailer – all under your label. We serve supplement brands, pharmacy chains and distributors in more than 40 countries.

What does Noviatic not do? 

We don’t sell raw ingredients, we don’t broker or trade materials and we don’t run consumer brands of our own. If you are looking for a bulk ingredient supplier or a logistics-only partner, we are not the right fit. If you need a manufacturer who takes a product from concept to finished box, we are.

What is the connection between Noviatic and Valentis?

Where are you based and do you manufacture everything yourselves? 

Our facilities are in Europe – Kaunas, Lithuania – covering 13,000 m² of certified production space. We manufacture everything in-house on our own equipment. We do not use subcontractors for production.
